VSP mourns loss of Pennsylvania State Trooper By VSP Trooper M.J. McSellers: It was an honor for me (center) and VSP Trooper E.N. Kwaw (far fight) to represent Virginia State Police at PSP Cpl. Bryon Dicksons funeral yesterday. Pennsylvania State Police really appreciated us showing our support. Alabama drove 16 hours to be there and California, Texas and Australia hopped on a plane to be there. Canada drove across the border to be there. I believe almost at least one representative from each state was there showing a powerful bond. The support and presence cant be underestimated.
