Viruses prove humans are not at the top of the food chain. - TopicsExpress

Viruses prove humans are not at the top of the food chain. Unfortunately, the Ebola virus has killed thousands in West Africa. Deaths have occurred in Spain and more Ebola deaths are expected throughout Europe. With the death of first American Ebola victim, Thomas Eric Duncan, some people are taking an E-ticket ride on the panic train. Parents are keeping kids home from school in Dallas, Texas. Fear that dogs can spread Ebola resulted in Spanish authorities euthanizing the pet of an Ebola victim. The U.S. government wasted no time releasing instructions on the proper burial of Ebola victims. Reporting in Science of US, “…Texas Health Commissioner Dr. David Lakey told reporters that stress and panic were likely to cause more damage to the community than the…virus itself.” My name is E. Curtis Johnson. I experienced someone’s panic. They suggested I drop the “E.” because Ebola starts with, “E.” I was not offended for one reason: finally - said something more idiotic than what I frequently do say. bit.ly/1tiSt0H
