WARNING: #Insanity : #Max:30 preview!!! 4 of my favorite moves from this morning! Dude. This workout kicked my trash. This is NOT an entry level program. You go as hard as you can and keep up with the cast. And once you need a break, you write down your time... And each workout, try to beat your last time... Uhhh I had to take a water break at 4 minutes and 30 seconds. Which was still during the warm up. Just FYI. As a coach, Im such an advocate of setting people up with the RIGHT program! Not every program is created for every person. So please be sure to talk to your Coach before ordering this and attempting it. If youre a beginner, there are other programs I would recommend to get you being consistent and started on the right path... A program to start working your way up to more advanced programs rather than starting out advanced (and quitting 2 weeks in because it was just too hard or too long). #timeforanap This is one TOUGH workout. And even the modifications were tough. #keepingitreal This program is coming out in December and workouts are all 30 minutes (plus a 2 minute cool down). Intensity of Insanity, length of T25. Might be a new favorite for cardio days!
