WE NEED ANYBODY AND EVERYBODY that may be opposed to this quarry to come out on Saturday at 12 noon for a quick pic for the QLD Times newspaper story! Just been on the phone with Peter from the QLD Times and we need to get as many people together as we can for a photo shoot on Christensen Road Mt Walker. The reporter will be here on Saturday 12pm. We just need to get everyone out here for the shot then you can go back to whatever you were doing but it is REAAAAALLY important that we get us all together as a community to show just how important this is for all concerned. Can I get you guys to do this one HUGE thing for us? I cant stress how important this is for everyone that we get as many out here for the pic as possible! This is our chance to show how many residents will be affected. Were counting on you :) We will be taking the shot just out on the road near John & Dis place on Christensen Road Mount Walker so that we can get the proposed quarry site in the back ground. If we can get everyone rallied around that general area on the road at 12pm on Saturday that would be great! If I could get everyone to send me a quick email or text so that I know that youre coming that would be awesome too...that way we make sure we dont take the pic till you get there. Cheers, Lori
