WHAT: Connect Me, Create Me, Promote Me: 1st in a series of 4 workshops in preparation for the 12th Festival of Pacific Arts: History and Impact on Guam’s Cultural Heritage WHEN: 8:30 am to Noon Saturday, Feb.15, 2014 WHERE: CAHA Gallery, Terlaje Professional Building, Hagåtña Guam artists and cultural practitioners are invited to attend a FREE WORKSHOP about the upcoming 2016 Festival of the Pacific Arts (FestPac) to be held on Guam. FestPac is a traveling festival hosted every four years by a different island country in the Pacific. It was conceived by the Secretariat of the Pacific Community (SPC) as a means to stem erosion of traditional cultural practices by sharing and exchanging culture at each festival.
