WHAT IS A BELIEVERS TRUE IDENTITY? WHAT IS A BELIEVERS TRUE IMAGE IN THE EYES OF GOD? HOW DOES GOD SEES A TRUE BORN AGAIN CHRISTIAN? OUR TRUE IDENTITY IS IN OUR INNER MAN SPIRIT THAT IS JOINED TO THE LORD SPIRIT, AND NOT IN OUR SOUL AND OUR PHYSICAL BODY. THE SCRIPTURE MADE IT KNOWN TO US THAT WE DONT KNOW OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST IN THE FLESH, BUT IN THE SPIRIT THROUGH THE WORD OF GOD, SO LIKEWISE THE TRUE BORN AGAIN CHRISTIAN TOO SHOULDNT SEE THEMSELVES IN THE FLESH, BUT IN THE SPIRIT. 2Cor:5:16-17:Consequently, from now on we estimate {and} regard no one from a [purely] human point of view [in terms of natural standards of value]. [No] even though we once did estimate Christ from a human viewpoint {and} as a man, yet now [we have such knowledge of Him that] we know Him no longer [in terms of the flesh]. Therefore if any person is [ingrafted] in Christ (the Messiah) he is a new creation (a new creature altogether); the old [previous moral and spiritual condition] has passed away. Behold, the fresh {and} new has come! A TRUE BORN AGAIN CHRISTIAN IS SEATED IN CHRIST IN HEAVENLY PLACES. Eph:2:4 But God--so rich is He in His mercy! Because of {and} in order to satisfy the great {and} wonderful {and} intense love with which He loved us, Even when we were dead (slain) by [our own] shortcomings {and} trespasses, He made us alive together in fellowship {and} in union with Christ; [He gave us the very life of Christ Himself, the same new life with which He quickened Him, for] it is by grace (His favor and mercy which you did not deserve) that you are saved (delivered from judgment and made partakers of Christs salvation). And He raised us up together with Him and made us sit down together [giving us joint seating with Him] in the heavenly sphere [by virtue of our being] in Christ Jesus (the Messiah, the Anointed One). THE REASON WHY MOST BELIEVERS ARE STRUGGLING WITH THEIR TRUE IDENTITY IS BASICALLY BECAUSE OF LACK OF KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST HATH MADE US UNTO OUR GOD. THE BIBLE MADE IT KNOWN TO US THAT OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST IS OUR WISDOM, RIGHTEOUSNESS, HOLINESS AND REDEMPTION. 1Cor:1:30 But it is from Him that you have your life in Christ Jesus, Whom God made our Wisdom from God, [revealed to us a knowledge of the divine plan of salvation previously hidden, manifesting itself as] our Righteousness [thus making us upright and putting us in right standing with God], and our Consecration [making us pure and holy], and our Redemption [providing our ransom from eternal penalty for sin]. OUR TRUE HOLINESS AND RIGHTEOUSNESS IS IN OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST BY FAITH. THE BIBLE MADE IT KNOWN TO US THAT OUR LIFE IS HIDDEN IN CHRIST.COL:3:3 For [as far as this world is concerned] you have died, and your [new, real] life is hidden with Christ in God. Revelation 5:10:And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth. EVERY HUMAN BEING ON EARTH HAS SPIRIT, SOULS AND BODY. DUE TO LACK OF KNOWLEDGE, MANY DOES NOT KNOW WHAT PART OF THEIR BEING THATS BEEN REDEEMED. THE BIBLE SAID IN John 4:24:God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. IF OUR GOD IS A SPIRIT, AND WE ARE BORN OF GOD, THEN IT IS OUR SPIRIT MAN THAT IS REDEEMED. ACCORDING TO 1 Thessalonians 5:23:And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. AS A BORN AGAIN CHRISTIAN, ITS OUR SPIRIT THAT IS BEEN REDEEMED, Ephesians:1:13-14:In Him you also who have heard the Word of Truth, the glad tidings (Gospel) of your salvation, and have believed in {and} adhered to {and} relied on Him, were stamped with the seal of the long-promised Holy Spirit. That [Spirit] is the guarantee of our inheritance [the firstfruits, the pledge and foretaste, the down payment on our heritage], in anticipation of its full redemption {and} our acquiring [complete] possession of it--to the praise of His glory. Rom:8:14-16:For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. For [the Spirit which] you have now received [is] not a spirit of slavery to put you once more in bondage to fear, but you have received the Spirit of adoption [the Spirit producing sonship] in [the bliss of] which we cry, Abba (Father)! Father! The Spirit Himself [thus] testifies together with our own spirit, [assuring us] that we are children of God. 1Cor:6:17 But the person who is united to the Lord becomes one spirit with Him. Heb:2:11 For both He Who sanctifies [making men holy] and those who are sanctified all have one [Father]. For this reason He is not ashamed to call them brethren. Hebrews 10:14-15:For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.nWhereof the Holy Ghost also is a witness to us: for after that he had said before. GOD IS RELATING WITH US BORN AGAIN CHRISTIAN IN OUR SPIRIT. Ephesians 2:22: In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit. OUR SOUL IS RENEWED DAY BY DAY BY THE WORD OF GOD; FEEDING OUR INNER SPIRIT WITH THE WORD OF GOD. Romans 12:2:And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. Titus 3:5:Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; Ephesians:4:23-24: And be constantly renewed in the spirit of your mind [having a fresh mental and spiritual attitude], And put on the new nature (the regenerate self) created in Gods image, [Godlike] in true righteousness and holiness. OUR BODY WILL BE REDEEMED AT THE APPEARANCE OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST.WHERE THE CORRUPTIBLE WILL PUT ON THE INCORRUPTIBLE ,WHERE THE MORTAL WILL PUT ON IMMORTALITY. Phil:3:20-21:But we are citizens of the state (commonwealth, homeland) which is in heaven, and from it also we earnestly {and} patiently await [the coming of] the Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah) [as] Savior, Who will transform {and} fashion anew the body of our humiliation to conform to {and} be like the body of His glory {and} majesty, by exerting that power which enables Him even to subject everything to Himself. Romans 8:21:Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. THE REASON WHY THOSE THAT WORK IN THE FLESH COULD NOT FATHOM THEIR NEW IDENTITY IN CHRIST IS BECAUSE THEY CANT DISCERN SPIRITUAL THINGS. 1 Corinthians 2:13-14:Which things also we speak, not in the words which mans wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them , because they are spiritually discerned. THE BIBLE SPEAKS EXPRESSLY ABOUT THE EARTHLY NATURE AND THE HEAVENLY NATURE. AS A BORN AGAIN CHRISTIAN WE HAVE A NEW IMAGE WHICH IS HID IN OUR LORD JESUS.. Colossians 3:3:For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. 1 Corinthians 15:47-49:The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven. As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly. And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly. SEEING OURSELVES THE WAY GOD SEES US, WILL DISPELS AND OUTST ALL THE SCHEMES OF THE ENEMY OF OUR SOUL, THE ACCUSER OF THE BRETHREN. IF WE KNOW OUR TRUE IDENTITY IN OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST, THEN THE ACCUSER HAS NOTHING TO ACCUSE US OF ANYTHING. THE BIBLE SAID AS CHRIST IS IN HEAVEN, SO ARE WE HIS FOLLOWERS ON EARTH. 1 John 4:17:Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world. Galatians 3:27:For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. FOR US TO BE TRANSFORM INTO THIS NEW HEAVENLY IMAGE, CAN ONLY BE DONE THROUGH THE HOLY SPIRIT, AND NOT BY OUR SELF RIGHTEOUS DEEDS. 2 Cor:3:18 And all of us, as with unveiled face, [because we] continued to behold [in the Word of God] as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are constantly being transfigured into His {very own} image in ever increasing splendor {and} from one degree of glory to another; [for this comes] from the Lord [Who is] the Spirit. WE WALK IN THE LIGHT AS OUR GOD IS LIGHT, NOT BECAUSE OF WHAT WE HAVE DONE THAT QUALIFIES US TO WALK IN THE LIGHT OF GOD; BUT ITS BY HIS ENORMOUS GRACIOUS MERCY OF AN UNMERITED FAVOUR THAT HAS MADE US TO BE CALLED THE CHILDREN OF LIGHT. WE ARE GRAFTED INTO THE LIGHT OF GOD BY THE OPERATION OF OUR HOLY AND RIGHTEOUS FATHER LORD GOD THROUGH OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST. 1Thess:5:5 For you are all sons of light and sons of the day; we do not belong either to the night or to darkness. AS OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST HAS IDENTIFIED HIMSELF WITH OUR HUMAN NATURE, ITS HIGH TIME WE THE TRUE BORN AGAIN CHRISTIAN TOO BEGINNING TO IDENTIFY OURSELVES WITH OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST IN HIS RESURRECTED STATE. 1Cor:15:45-49:Thus it is written, The first man Adam became a living being (an individual personality); the last Adam (Christ) became a life-giving Spirit [restoring the dead to life]. But it is not the spiritual life which came first, but the physical and then the spiritual.The first man [was] from out of earth, made of dust (earthly-minded); the second Man [is] {the Lord} from out of heaven.Now those who are made of the dust are like him who was first made of the dust (earthly-minded); and as is [the Man] from heaven, so also [are those] who are of heaven (heavenly-minded). And just as we have borne the image [of the man] of dust, so shall we {and so} {let us} also bear the image [of the Man] of heaven.
