WISDOM THEREFORE IS THE UNDISPUTED CHAMPION OF WHAT WE NEED. FOUR TYPES OF WISDOM 1. WISDOM FROM BOOKS AND INSTRUCTION It is derived from the study of many disciplines: mathematics, sciences, history, language etc. Education or instruction provides a base for wisdom to propagate. Daniel and his friends are examples of those who were well educated (Daniel 1:4 ). What set these young people apart was that they also had revelation knowledge (Daniel, 1:17) Moses was well educated in Egypt ( Acts 7:22 ) Paul was well-learned in Talmudic, Greek and Romanic studies. 2. PROFESSIONAL WISDOM This type of wisdom is gained by following the educational track for a known profession. To remain competitive in your profession, you must constantly gather new knowledge and information or you must update your skill set in an ever-changing market place. You also need to depend on professional people to give you counsel and direction for success. Be willing to seek professional advice for your life. People don’t employ people based on their nationality anymore but on their competence and ability to deliver.
