WITCHCRAFT IN CHURCH Have u ever Known Share horoscope, tarot cards, astrology, fortune tellers, palm readings, and séances are demonic? IGNORANCE is not an excuse. Sadly even some people whom Christ has salvaged, saved, and redeemed in His blood still practice such things while in Church. When you partake of such things, you fall prey to the devils devises. When you believe and open your life to them, you give the evil spirit behind such practices (of divination) room to come into your life and cause more havoc, compound problems, mostly behind the scene. Often times you will not see the effect of these things until your eyes are actually open to see. Many times people just wonder why things are so difficult for them or why certain things happen the way they do.Clearly the Bible strongly condemns spiritism, mediums, the occult, and psychics (Leviticus 20:27; Deuteronomy 18:10-13). (Reference Horoscopes, A Form of Divination and Occult Checklist ). These practices are based on the concept that there are gods, spirits, or deceased loved ones that can give advice and guidance. These “gods” or “spirits” are demons (2 Corinthians 11:14-15). Basically these demons can give phychics information about a person. These demons are referred to as familiar spirits. Familiar Spirits Familiar spirits are spirits that knew much about a person when the person was aline because they lived in the persons body or were assigned to the person so they would know what the person likes, dislikes, watches, even mannerism. These demons can give the so called Physics information about it. On the other hand some of these physics can even get information about you online if they wanted. So why believe in such things? The Bible clearly warns us to stay clear of these. Deceased loved ones are not supposed to contact this. If they were believers before they died, they are in heaven having the most wonderful fellowship with a loving God. If they were not believers, they are in hell, suffering the un-ending torment for rejecting God’s love and rebelling against Him. Repent If you have been a partaker of such, God is calling you to repentance. Genuinely repent and ask Him to cleanse you of any demonic seeds or demonic that may have been deposited into you. Ask the Holy Spirit to help you close any doors that have been opened to demons as a result of such practices. Believe you have been forgiven. By Rev Ken Baraza.
