> WOD- Filthy 50 For time: 50 Box jump, 24 inch box 50 Jumping pull-ups 50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood Walking Lunge, 50 steps 50 Knees to elbows 50 Push press, 45 pounds 50 Back extensions 50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball 50 Burpees 50 Double unders *Newer members or those not ready for a 500 rep WOD please only do 25 reps of each movement. 30 Minute Cap regardless of which way you choose to do this WOD. Use remainder of class time to work on strength or skill work. *Saturday classes will be from 8am-11am Open Gym. Kids WOD will be from 10am-1045am. $5 per kiddo. Parents will be able to do their WOD while the kids are coached by Coach Michal!
