WORK OPPORTUNITY: Part-Time Office Assistant One of our clients, a fast-growing, Budapest-based company in the energy sector, is looking for a part-time Office Assistant. Responsibilities: The assistant will be responsible for the company’s administration, managing financial tasks (keeping record of payments), producing accurate documentation, assisting subcontractors with invoices, review and registration of incoming invoices, and answering emails and phone queries. In addition, the assistant will be providing back office support for the CEO (who is currently based abroad) and for the Sales Manager (who will also be working out of the company’s Budapest office). Skills and competences required: Solid understanding of office finances and invoicing procedures, previous experience in administrative work, working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel), fluent English and Hungarian, good communication skills, organization and multitasking skills, attention to detail. Starting date: July 14th Location: the company’s office (District I., Budapest)
