For this Ab crusher, youll need to take over the large cable pulley system at your gym. >First, grab the handle AND rope attachments. >Second, drop both pulleys to the lowest setting. >Third, attach the handle to one side & the rope to the other. On the handle side, set the pin at the **highest** weight on the stack. This is your anchor! On the rope side, start with the lowest weight possible, you can always increase after you get the mechanics down! >Start the movement by sitting on the floor & hooking your foot through the handle. Now, grab the rope and place it on your shoulder, holding with one hand. I did same side foot & hand/shoulder. Keep your knees slightly bent. >Now youre ready!!! Sit up by squeezing your abs, then slowly control your descent back down to the floor--dont lose out on that great work by falling back! >NOTES: Dont use your neck! Do 12-15x reps and 3-4 sets mixed in with your other core work! Now go get shredded!
