WORKMANS COMP UPDATE: court Friday at 11am (hopefully) in an attempt to get my neck strain and disk bulge added to my workmans comp claim. it would kinda make my life right now if we can finally get this approved. BWC is trying to say that the disk bulge that i got from the injury is natural aging even though im only 20. apparently im supposed to be in a wheelchair by the time im 40 then. EVERY doctor i have told this to has laughed at me saying this and went wait, youre serious? so hopefully the judge will rule in my favor so I can finally get the needed treatment for this. ALSO mom is convinced that my thinning hair is due to the stress from the year and a half that i have been going through all the pain my accident has caused me. they had us get a bunch of blood work done to make sure all of my thyroid levels and such were not causing it and everything came back normal other then my iron is still just a touch under where it should be so we are trying to get this put onto the claim too at some point. wish me luck everyone, and those of you who are religious, please keep me in your prayers during my court trial. I will post the day before to let you all know if it ended up cancelled.
