WOW! I was searching for a particular video to show my wife on pole and ladder climbing and found this. Please if you ever see a technician doing this record it and call their company. Not only is this stupid its also highly dangerous. The tap (where he had to discount the drop to the house ) was close enough to the pole to either gaff or put the ladder against the pole. I know. I used to install cable and would have been fired for doing this.
