(WRCB) - Humidity levels will continue to increase into this weekend. By Sunday afternoon showers and storms will start to develop west of the city and then move in all across our area by Sunday night and Monday. Highs for Saturday will be near the seasonable normal of 90. Highs on Sunday should be near the low 90s with a bit more humidity. Monday will have a good chance for showers and storms, with highs in the upper 80s. Some of the storms could become heavy, along with gusty winds and small hail. Tuesday will be warmer with highs in the low 90s and scattered showers and storms mainly in the afternoon and evening. Wednesday will continue with hot temperatures in the low 90s, and scattered afternoon and evening storms. Thursday should have highs in the low to mid 90s with a few isolated storms. Friday will be the warmest day with highs in the mid 90s and the heat index near 100. A few isolated afternoon and evening storms are possible. Download the WRCB weather app for the latest.
