Waking up to a beautiful Sorrento day. We left Rome yesterday, traveling by bus to the coast. Its such an amazing place. It is built on the edge of a cliff overlooking the Bay of Naples and Mt Vesuvius. We have 3 nights here in total and will probably go to Pompeii tomorrow. Our hotel is very close to the water and is beautifully decorated in antiques. Thanks Rileys for your assistance in booking such a wonderful place. Dinner last night was very delicious. I had bacon and asparagus risotto and Lindsay had pasta and meatballs. We started with some yummy mussels. Its going to be so hard to have to cook for myself again. The streets here are incredible. The bus trip here was a bit scary. Bikes and cars going everywhere. I wouldnt like to drive here. Looking forward to our last few days in Italy.
