Wat a day it has been, and its not over yet...was running late this morning...bt caught the van at diff location stop..phew!! Then gt to wrk and play catch up in this pile since I was off wrk ystrdy...and lunch hr was good took a run fr hosp to Toua and bk ..I felt good..the heat was nice..lol then on way bk I stop@hopp ftns...restretch gt sum cold water..and on my bk to wrk again...wrk I was still dltryn dig..lol..now waitn for the vanpool to get home n say hi to my gurls n then out the door I will go again..Im thankful my gurls undrstnd Me n my passion for wrkouts/running.n they are grown gurls now...they can cook n clean..I think I got golden hands now...lol...hve a wonderful afternoon ppl...
