We all are full of it . From birth from our parents who transmitted you they´re truth´s and told us it was THE truth , through school who programs you only to benefit from you financially and to keep this money driven system alive with all the fears it holds . Through story´s , movies , myth´s and legends that are based on hearsay or the perception from someone who transmits a message which can be interpreted as universal truth but hasn´t been proven otherwise but if shown enough times will be integrated as universal truth because it was the only information you got on that subject . Until we realize some or most of our beliefs are based on false information we will be stuck with false toughts and suffer the effects . You make for 100% your own reality because everything is fundamentaly neutral .
