We are considering lots of options here at Hay House Farm. After a year of being totally over-subscribed, turning far more people away than we can fit in, we are wondering whether to sell Hay House Farm and find another property which could accommodate more guests and their dogs? We have become one of the most dog friendly b&bs in the country and three rooms is not enough. Due to our listed building status, we cannot put additional accommodation in the fields, such as log cabins or static caravans, as we are simply not allowed. So, do we continue to turn guests away, or do we look for larger premises? We are even looking maybe at the coast. Watch this space.
