I am very proud of what he has achieved and it is all thanks to Herbalife This is his post just before Christmas 2013..... This is a picture of my outstanding debts, just short of £7,000, which may sound like a lot, but 28 months ago it was over £50,000! Back then I was struggling to make my minimum payments, when I did I was paying off little more than the interest, there was a pile of un-opened letters because I knew what was in them and the bailiffs were knocking. I was unhappy, stressed, not sleeping at night and Christmas was the worst time of year because cash was always an issue. Now I could blame the banks, the interest rates, the government, but the truth is it was all my fault. I had lived beyond my means for a long time, spending the banks money like it was my own, not thinking about the consequences. . . it caught up with me! For things to change, I had to change. I employed a debt management company and I cut up all of the cards. This forced me to restrict my spending. I switched my focus from spending to earning, from working for a living to building a future. I can honestly say that this is the first Christmas Im looking forward since I was a kid. Not because I can buy what I want, but because for the first time in a long time there is no worry, no stress, no problems. . . Now the goal was to be debt free by January 2014. Im going to just fail on that front, but, as well as paying off £43,000 of debt in the last 28 months Ive also travelled all over Europe, bought a car, provided my brother with a full time job, gave my mum £5,000, given £1,500 cash to charity and so so so much more too. I didnt get serious about my business to get rich, I just wanted to get back to zero. Zero is in sight and the future for me, my family and my future family is bright.
