We are looking for “Sales Officer” for one of our client. The candidate will be expected to perform the following tasks: • Regularly communicate with the sales team in designated zones & to update them regarding their progress towards target achievement • Maintain and update portfolio of each dealer and zone Prepare monthly and weekly update of issues related to dealers • Handle the inquiries of all zonal sales staff and provide them required information • Provide support to sales team through liaison with other departments such as Accounts, Human Resource, Sales Audit and customer services • Ensure smooth flow of documentation process as per company’s sales procedure to enable sales team focus their entire attentions on sales only • Prepare documents for new dealers opening’s and obtain Chief Operating Officer’s approval • Prepare monthly schedule of sales meetings and coordinate with Sales Officers Coordinate weekly and daily meetings of sales staff • Preserve important & confidential agreements and other sales data & documents • Maintain excellent work relationship with existing dealers in designated area.
