We are pleased to announce highlights from our September events calendar, which has featured some exciting and new activities! The month started off with another fascinating slide show by Dick Alberini... this time on his trip to Venice, Italy! Our residents and staff were transported to the land of water and culture through the gorgeous photos. Gary Young and John MacGiver of The Fab 4 serenaded us with toe-tapping melodies at the months opening weekly social, and Catherine Hier returned to do another interactive work shop from MoMA (Museum of Modern Art), which yielded some lovely paintings from the hands of our residents. Yesterday afternoon, our newest resident Blanche Glanzman facilitated a crafting workshop for our residents, in which each participant made a Halloween door hanging in preparation of one of our most enjoyable approaching holidays!
