We are three very passionate, committed and competent community project workers with over 45 years of experience in community development, community regeneration, youth engagment and anti-poverty work, much of that in North Wales. We hold a deep commitment to supporting and developing local disadvantaged communities taking direct action. 4 the Community will stand side by side with the community. 4 the Community will provide hands on assistance when and where it is needed, in the community. Our focus is on disadvantaged neighbourhoods. Our priority is small groups with volunteer workers only, or 1-2 employees and small / local social enterprises. We will promote community issues, strengths, opportunities, culture and values. We will remain flexible and adapt to the needs our services based on priorities of local communities.
