We bought an iMac in 2012. It has been slow from day one but we initially thought it was the internet connection. We even brought it back to the store at the mall and it worked really well there. Weve put up with very frustrating slowness for the past two years. Clearly were doing something wrong (everyone I know with a Mac loves it!) so before I completely give up and go back to Windows I was hoping we could have someone come over and have a look at it and see if its user error or if we just got a dud. Who knows about Macs? BTW we love our iPads and iPhones just struggling with the computer
