We catered a great house warming party tonight in Chelsea. We served mostly Pimms and Rose and did a BBQ and street style food such as: Chargrilled Steak with Yuzu Mayo, Crispy Shallots and Tahoon Cress Spiced Pulled Pork Brioche Baps with Lime and Soy Coleslaw and Fresh Granny Smith Apple Wild Sea Bass Ceviche with Diced Peppers, Coriander, Lemon and Crispy Rice Fish and Chips with Tartare Sauce Honey and Soy Chicken Yakitori with Fresh Lime Juice and Smoked Salt Green Tea Ice Cream Mochi
