We found the guilty party!! In a company everyone was discouraged from the manager until the simplest employee. It was necessary to do something to reverse the chaos. Everything was going wrong. Many accusations of each sector, without anybody assume the error. Rather, people just complained that things were bad and there was no prospect of progress in the company. A Monday in the morning, when employees arrived to work, they found at the entrance a sign on which was written: "We found the guilty party! Yesterday the person who was impending your growth in the company has passed away. You are invited to attend the funeral at the sports field. " Everyone was curious to know which person had been preventing his or her growth in the company. And they went there to see the decease. As the workers would approach the coffin, the excitement grew and could be heard among them: - Who is the one that was holding my progress here? - I think it was from HR!? - No! This one was from the board! - Rest in peace! One by one, agitated, they approached the coffin, looking into it and swallowing dry, then falling in absolute silence, as if they had been hit in the bottom of the soul. At the coffin display window there was a mirror. The message reached everyone: there is only one person able to limit your growth: yourself. Bp. Guilherme da Silveira (William)
