We go to the prophet Haggai, All whose name means feast of Jehovah, this phrase is a festival of great joy, hence the name, Haggiah (great joy). We go to Part 2 of the meaning of the word Ruach, I am with you ... with my spirit .... Haggai 2 verses 5 and 6. We have stayed at the second expression: Gods Spirit, and creation. We saw yesterday Job 33 verse 4, Job remained faithful to those living Creator, amid all the distress and upheaval. I know my Redeemer lives! Job 19 verse 25. One example, our goal of encouraging inspiration. Particularly, it is that Gods creative, ruach / Spirit also worked for the creation of the Church, Acts 2 verses 1 to 4. In verse two we read again the expression : a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind . At Pentecost the house were gathered together the believers, was filled suddenly , with a rushing mighty wind, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit. What happened, Acts 2 verses 14 to 21, interpreted by Peter as (early) fulfillment of Joels prophecy: And It shall come to pass afterwards, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh, and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams , your young men shall see visions. And also upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit , Joel 2 verses 28 and 29 . Isaiah prophesied repeatedly with the Spirit of God and the Messiah, as we read in chapter 11 verse 2 , And the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord . And what does God say about his chosen servant : Behold my servant , whom I uphold ; mine elect , in whom my soul delighteth; I have put my spirit upon Him : he shall bring forth judgment to the gentiles , Isaiah 42 verse 1 . In Jesus, was fulfilled : The Spirit of the Lord is upon me ; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek ; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted , to proclaim liberty to the captives , and the opening of the prison to them that are bound , Isaiah 61 verse 1 . We see Jesus at Nazareth, when he enters the temple on the Sabbath, the Bible says : as His custom was , and there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias . And when he had opened the book , he found the place where it was written : The Spirit of the Lord is upon me , and when He closed the book , and he gave it again to the minister , and sat down , the bible says : and all eyes were fastened on Him . And what did Jesus say ? And He said : This day is this scripture fullfilled in your .........ears , because believe comes from hearing , not seeing ! These gracious words spoken by Jesus, were received , with the agreement, and wonder. Luke 4 verses 16 till 22 . We have now bin seen Haggai 2 verses 5 and 6, I am with you .... with my Spirit, and we have had read Gods Spirit and creation in Genesis 1 verse 2. The concept of the word Ruach has a third term: The effect of Gods Spirit. Gods Spirit, qualifies. Gods Spirit fills man, to enable him / her, in his service for a particular task or function . In the story of Exodus, we see that God calls to serve, he calls him by name, Betzaleel the son of Uri, the son of Hur. Betzaleel, means in the shadow of God, his father called Uri, and this means: Light of Jehovah, and Uri, was the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah, the name Hur, means:. Cave . What a wonderful testimony, gives here , the Bible : He who is risen from the cave, and works in the light of his father! Serving God, in the light of his shadow.
