We got lot of request for suggesting diet to be followed during these #21days. While exercise is important to maintain fitness, food is important for vibrant health. Also, whenever it comes to becoming fit and losing weight, its 70% diet and 30% exercise. We will post some tips about diet everyday and also provide you Diet Program (#1DietProgram). First 10 days will be Pre-Detox. Since your brain and body is used to certain lifestyle, we will take it easy for these 10 days. We will post another Diet Program for next 11 days (#2DietProgram).
