We have had a big increase in our followers from Russia so I wrote a short photoblog welcoming them to the Pure Salvage Living Renaissance. Like Australia, New Zealand, and many other countries around the world where we now have followers, this is intended to help join us all together in the effort to steer us back to appreciating the treasures from the past that we can use to create housing and other solutions from, that will empower people at all levels of society to build incredible homes for their families. It can all be done with materials created by our great, great, grandfathers and grand mothers, and in a sustainable way that will preserve these treasures around the world for the many generations that will follow who will never see trees that are over 500 years old like those our forefathers felled to build the society that preceded us. Thank you all, from countries all around the world for following, sharing what is possible from trash, and for giving hope to the world for alternatives to the toxic big box building cycle that is hopefully nearing its end as a bad trend in the last generations of housing.
