We have to not just sit back and wait for national cases like this to want to fight for justice in our system. They are cases in your own back yard that are not being properly handled because the value placed on ones life is not the same as the other! We have to want to fight for any injustice not just murder! Right here in Charlotte.., If you are a black teenage girl with a history of mental illness and or behavior issues you can be raped by multiple people, the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department have the suspects identity and location but you are not considered a victim but you got what you deserve and the predators never have to even feel handcuffs on their arms let alone face the judge. But if you are a grown white woman out at a park at 5 am and a black man runs up and punches you in the face the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department brings out the helicopters to search for this man and vows to get this violent criminal off the streets???? If we let our systems see they can let this go they push the envelope further and see if they can let murders go! SO START IN YOUR OWN HOMETOWN fighting for justice and let it have a ripple affect on other towns and states
