We interrupt this broadcast to bring you a special news bulletin from Rhodes University, Grahamstown. The Rhodes Campus has been invaded and is currently under attack from US army troops. Sources have confirmed the army’s mandate is to attract the attention and steal the hearts of Rhodes females. The troops have already been sighted at numerous campus locations. The 700 strong contingent of American troops arrived in Grahamstown, as far back as, the 24th of July. They are under strict instructions to interact and flirt with female students only. Sources say they are required to do so until the female subject asks to take a picture with them, which will later be uploaded to Facebook. Alternatively, they are supposed to flirt until female subjects update their Facebook or Twitter statuses, describing them, the soldiers, as “Hot” or “Handsome”. The American troops are heavily armed with a camouflaged uniform. This uniform holds magical characteristics, which inexplicably, makes women fall in love with them. The uniform further ensures that facial appearances and personality do not matter to women. Be warned they are dangerous and ruthless. All men with girlfriends are advised to be with their girlfriends at ALL times. It is also highly unlikely for any Rhodes male, trying to court a girl, to succeed at this time.
