We love getting messages like this! Congratulations Jane. I have just finished my ten week Hangstrong Rings program. Prior to starting, I could kip muscle ups but had never done a strict muscle up, no matter how hard I tried. I sought help from the Hangstrong Team and they provided me with a program specific to my level, knowing the goal I had. I loved the program. It was easy to follow, yet challenging to develop strength in a number of areas in readiness for testing week. In my testing week I attempted a strict muscle up. Got it, then after a quick rest did a second strict muscle up. I achieved my goal of a strict muscle up, thanks to the Hangstrong Gymnastics Program. I am now setting my goals higher and aiming for consecutive strict muscle ups. I highly recommend the gymnastics programming developed by Hangstrong.
