We want to put out a big thank you to all our Earlybirds who have been coming in and helping us to improve the Cat Emporium experience! Weve chosen and rejected some of the vegan food well serve, were going to add more shelves, stairs and sleeping locations to the cat wall, and were even considering a catnap break where we close for an hour in the middle of the day so the cats can have a proper snooze. Were also considering some changes to the service: Our little black and white has a newly-discovered fondness for Earl Grey, so we may serve our teas and coffees in a lidded cup from now on, except for during high tea, of course. Its not over yet - next week our Earlybirds can tell us if our coffee making skills are up to scratch and will be trying a variety of gluten free treats and salads! Thank you Earlybirds, for respecting our cats, for telling us what you think with candour and for bearing with us while we get the cat emporium running smoothly! xx Lauren
