We went over a few things over the last couple of weeks. We discussed super setting lagging body parts with our favorite body parts. We discussed mediating for 5 minutes per day as it has more value than you could imagine. Now this week, we focus on hydration as a continued practice. It is imperative that you remain hydrated. We simply bring this into consciousness. So many folks take this very seriously already. But, if you havent focused on it and you decide to focus on it, you will see a marked improvement in how you feel. I am going to get much more into this topic- but here are a few things to keep in mind and a few things I do personally. When I awake, I drink 2 glasses of water. Before I leave for the gym- I drink a full glass of water. And, bring a water bottle to the gym with me. I bring a small bottle of water(16.9 fl oz) and I drink at least 2 during my workout. Of course, many recommend 8 glasses of water per day. Others suggest that there is a lot of water in foods and 8 glasses is not as necessary as dogma suggests. However, I will tell you, that you dont know you are not hydrated until you are hydrated and feel better as a result of this most important fundamental focus. This is between you and you. Remind yourself- if fitness is your hobby - you are no longer the average person. The average person is sedentary. You are not. Just bring this into your consciousness over the next week and watch it make a difference. I know it will - videos this weekend to come Peace, Vic
