Week 15 and with two rapidly growing chicks to support we saw another high fish count with Monty bringing home 27 fish and equalling his record for this season. Mullet accounted for over half the week’s catches and now forms exactly half of their diet. Brown trout has been popular this year, Monty having caught 36 so far, exactly matching his combined 2011 and 2012 total. This week, in addition to our usual fish pie charts, we have a new graph for you: a dietary comparison of the 2011 and 2012 seasons. It makes interesting reading. (Vicky)
