Welcome, Monday! Its a brand new start, and Christmas is right around the corner. This time of year can be an incredibly love filled time, but it can also be the complete opposite. People remember their loved ones around the holiday season, and sometimes those memories make it too much to handle. Suicide rates are at the highest during this time of the year. I understand we all get stressed, with finances, work, family, and other circumstances. If you are by yourself this holiday season, please know that youre not alone. The spirits are with you, always. Know that youre valuable, and an important person in this world. Know that you would be missed, and that you wouldnt be forgotten. Know that people love you, and that you make a difference. Youre not being selfish to reach out to people in your life, and its not crazy to feel isolated, even when youre surrounded with people. You are loved, and you are needed. Each person reading this, has a divine purpose, and a planned destiny. You are all part of a much bigger plan, and a more detailed existence than any of us could imagine. People need you, the world and humanity needs you, and I need you, too.
