Welcome and thank you for visiting my page, my name is Heather and I am a registered Reiki Practitioner and Intuitive Energy Healer. For as long as I can remember I have been conscious of interacting with energy, playing, exploring and practicing on friends and family for several years before seeking formal qualification to assist others to regain balance and harmony in their lives. It is my absolute honour to connect with another soul and I offer myself as the purest channel I can be to facilitate the energetic expansion desired to make lasting change from within. My experiences to date have shown that although Reiki and energy work are gentle non-invasive therapies, they can be extremely powerful tools to promote relaxation, stress reduction and mood enhancement, clearing energy blocks and restoring the energetic body to its natural free flowing balanced state whilst stimulating the physical body and emotional mind to self healing. You dont need to have a specific issue that needs addressing to enjoy the benefits either....a Reiki session is a wonderful way to show yourself some self-love and appreciation and a great way to bliss out into a state of deep, peaceful relaxation!
