Welcome to the June challenge! Today we have bicep curls and tricep kickbacks. 2 sets of 8 to 12 reps either with or without weights. The slower and more controlled the movement, the more you work that muscle group. Dont forget to check in when youre done! When the reps are done and your arms are sore and rest day is the only light we see No I wont be afraid, no I wont be afraid Just as long as you curl, curls with me...
