Welcome to the group, this group is being developed for those who have, manage or operate Facebook pages as public figures, advocates, ambassadors, actors, musicians, and authors who wish to be accredited and verified for transparency through the Globcal International Social Network Policy Institute. The group will examine and discuss best-practices for presentation, engagement, and methods for the use of pages, linking, and their visibility. We will explain posting techniques and methods using verbose descriptions, recommendations, comments, geotags, socialtags, hashtags, reverse and forward feeding posts, mobile page management apps, and using social media content programming software, so you can be online when you are not. This group is an open-source learning group, you do not have to be a Globcal member to participate. Anyone is welcome as an audit member or observer if they respect the rule of silence in the classroom. This group is a practical agenda to reveal and demonstrate secrets, shortcuts, hacks, tricks, policy, and protocol. Globcal members and individuals seeking transparency certificates or credentials must follow all guidelines set forth as minimum standards. Those who submit their pages for review as a result of this course that pass muster will be awarded a transparency certificate and be eligible to participate in charitable program and equitable municipal micro-finance fundraising efforts on Facebook and other social network platforms. The cost of the certificate is free for Globcal members and those who apply to the registry electronically and can be mailed to those who pay shipping costs. Currently Globcal International has the only international registry program for the verification of individuals actively involved in public goodwill missions that comply and exceed the applicable parallel standards set forth by the United Nations, the United States, the European Union, Transparency International and other credible international standards developments or laws to fully qualify as observers of the International Non-Governmental Organisations Accountability Charter.
