Well I had to take my mom back to hospital and she was admitted for overnight observation. The doctor said he was going to also have the surgeon come in and see if he would possibly do the surgery early to reverse the illiostomy before feb 2nd, as we are having some problems with it. So we are keeping are fingers crossed that her surgeon will do it early. So hopefully she can have it done by the end of the week as she is in so much pain right now from yeast infections of the skin due to her bags leaking and the stoma bleeding and pain inside the stoma. So they are making sure she does not have an infection first in the stoma and abdomen then go from there, but is giving her antibiotics just to be on the safe side and doing lab work. She is one tough lady and I know everything will be ok and she has done everything the surgeon has asked of her and she is in good health too. I just was not expecting this and was doing everything in my power for this not to happen. But I am only human and can only do what I can. I just hate to see her in pain. I hope her surgeon will do surgery this week and I will pray that it will happen for her. Please keep my mom in your prayers. Thank you
