Well I have to say this has been one of the hardest weeks of my life, besides the benefit for Mom there has been some other things transpire that made me sit back and look at everything in a whole new light, especially when it comes to friends and the meaning of those friendships! I have to say that Friday night was absolutely amazing, Ive been searching for the words to share with everyone about how the support made me feel, but Ive been so overwhelmed with emotion that THANK YOU is all I can mutter right now! Seeing the sparkle in Moms eye after the final tally gave me hope, hope that all isnt lost! For the first time since before Dad died she had a glimpse of her old self, the one that knew everything might be ok! For those of you who donated and supported us thru this I promise there is a special place in Heaven for all of you! Its truly times like this when you figure out who your friends are and Im thankful for all the friends/family we had Friday night!! If there ever is anything I can do or offer any of you please let me know! Often those words go spoken and never fulfilled, and Ive been on the receiving end of those words too many times with no one showing up, but for those of you who did, Ill be grateful to do the same for you! Thank you all so very much again!!
