Well I still do remember the day 3 years back when couple of us took most dreadful and utterly horrible decision to leave our current job place and join Dhaka Shishu Hospital in order to establish a new center specially Pediatric Cardiac Center. People from every nook and corner criticized us, mocked us and back bite as much as their sweet will, even we heard they had not kept any stone unturned to humiliate us in public place or behind the screen...I wounder of the sickly mentality of some of our contemporary colleagues they presents such a way..well we did it at last whether you like it or not and will keep doing InshaAllah....whatsoever we did almost 110 cases and with less mortality compare to any other institution they claimed.....though we are still in our learning curve....we do not demand that we know everything...but the problem is that most of the people in our country pretend they know every thing and rest of the people in this world are imbecile and retard..e on guys broad up your mind...discard all filthy, nasty and silly mentality..try to appreciate others....and better my advice please visit western civilization and try to comprehend what they are doing..which will not only clear your thoughts and help you to overcome the inferiority/superiority complexes you bear in your mind.
