Well Suzie tried again today and actually managed to ride this time. Robin couldnt join us tonight so it was just the two of us. We went for a short training ride and then rode to the equestrian grounds to do some circle work. When we got to the corner where we would turn right we heard a trail bike coming towards us very fast. We stayed where we were hoping the bike would go straight rather than turning in to us. Luckily he did, we gave him a wave and continued on our way. As we were riding away Suzie had just decided to put her jumper back on when the trail bike came back towards us. Our horses were facing away from the bike that was approaching at speed and Suzie had her jumper half over her head!!! Did Our horses freak out as the bike passed literally two meters away from them spinning stones and dirt??? No Forkur looked up to see what was going on then continued to eat (his favorite pastime) and Coober did his giraffe impression asking Suzie if he should run away. On receiving a no he settled down too. Very proud of our boys. We didnt even have to pick up the reins!!
