Well...The Trilogy is complete. For me, the simplest, but most emotional...and hardest to frame. No lie, a real Lucky Man on this. During most of there career. I was a KE fan. Most likely do to the antics, and the Moog. But as I grew with this band, it switched ever so slightly to Greg Lake. Guitar, bass, and vocals, when done right...I just loved. But this interpretation was a chance. I had gotten the signed book just after Keith had finished up on this project. I dont recall the date. But now, it is unique. And with the spector of him no longer touring, and my missed ELP concert..thikin this is the best Ill do. Book was with me in NY. Came back with me to WI on the first moving van. Which blew up in flames. Hence destroyed by the fire. This book did not escape damage. The back cover and half the pages or so were water and smoke damaged...rotted with time. You can see the discoloration. I can still smell the smoke. 50% chance that the book would stand a mount. Even less for a single page. So at the framer, I made a decision and razored out the title page with Keiths signature. Framer said they will see what they could do with the cover. The picture is a generic professional picture I got off of eBay. I like Keiths smile and the worlds most deadliest synth behind him. Certificate and date from photographer on back of print. Color is correct. Turns out, they mounted the whole remaining book inside the frame, with support. With todays technology, they were even able to clean the cover up a bit. It will not sag or tear out. Keeping for me a historic around for my lifetime possibly. So there. Thats the saga of the three prints. The other two Ive posted. The background reflection is Greg Lakes print. Carl is around the corner. They wont be around for ever. This trio project was 35 years in the making. With circumstances in getting I hope no one has to go through. ;-) RJS
