Well, a certain phone company decided to charge me £200 to connect me...I DONT think so! Then they charged me £200 for an engineers call out..that I didnt ask for, neither did an engineer come! I paid my 33pence usage, paid the quarterly rent, got disconnected!! ??????? For 4 months of NOT being connected, no incoming or outgoing calls, they sent me a bill for £725...I DONT THINK SO! Months later, after me pointing out that they were in breach of their OWN contract by not connecting me on the date they said (they connected me 4 months and 5 days later!!)..and me pointing out that I am not paying for an engineer who didnt come, neither am I paying for a different number THEY decided on (they sneaked that £40 +VAT into the smaller print on a bill)..neither am I paying line rental on a line I dont have...errrr, looks like I am winning the fight! In their infinite wisdom, they have deducted all these fictitious charges (I did say I would see them in Court, it would be my pleasure!!), they have since sent me a bill for £145..a goodwill gesture I wonder? WHAT IS THE BILL FOR WHEN I HAVENT BEEN CONNECTED SINCE MAY??????????? Total morons, they should all get fired. There are plenty out there who could and would take their jobs and probably do a better version. So, that battle is almost won. Then today, I receive a ridiculous letter from the biggest Gas provider in the country...hhmmmmm, they are going to send the bailiffs to my house!! Woooop, woooop, BRING IT ON! According to my Bank statement, the cheques I banked to cover gas and electric were deducted from my account on September 9th...hmmmn, whats that, 6 weeks ago, but THESE MORONS have decided I havent paid! I will welcome the bailiffs with open arms and my Bank statement at the ready. WHEN oh WHEN will these corporations realise that they employ idiots who are TOO lazy to check things, its easier to press a different key on their computers and send out threatening letters than actually move their backsides and check properly. GGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR...and they have the AUDACITY to increase our bills by 10.4%!!! Aaaaaaaagh....sack the lot of them!!!! That one way ticket is getting tastier by the second. I took on Stoke Council 10 years ago, won. I have almost won the phone people and the Gas havent got a leg to stand on, I have won already. Big companies should not frighten people, the bigger they are, the more morons they employ...TAKE THEM ON!! If you know you are right and have the proof, then DO IT! Ill take them on ANYTIME!!
