Well after a huge con like Comic Con you think I would of enjoyed - TopicsExpress

Well after a huge con like Comic Con you think I would of enjoyed it huh.... not really, it fun, it was exciting, but it was also crowded and way too big. I found it easy to get lost from Comic Con to our car, thank God, my older brother had a GPS that could track our car, then theres the streets of Nashville, while I did find it to lively and entertaining, it was scary at dark, because I knew with my sense of directions I could easily get lost, again thank God for the GPS. But while at Comic Con I did find a lot of interesting stuff there, they had a lot to offer there, didnt buy anything though, Trace did buy a copy of Dead Rising though, hes still trying to learn the basics of this game. The reason I didnt buy anything were two reasons, one didnt have any money(Big shocker), two, everything was way too expensive, I mean yeah I could go with the $15-$20 plushies, but there plushies, clothes, and DVDs that were like $20-$200 at most. Although it was kinda expected because it is Comic Con, theyre going to have a lot of rare vintage stuff. The cosplayers are possibly a reason why I would want to go again, they were so amazing!! I think these might have been the best cosplayers I seen in a convention(although to be fair, Ive only been to 4[including this one]), one of the biggest disappointments of the cosplayers though, there were little to no anime cosplayers, there were a lot of anime based items for sale, but not cosplayers, thats kind of a shame, I felt like I was the few that did cosplay as an anime character, again it was Comic Con though. The one thing I was excited about was the game room, Trace and I were training our butts off with Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 hoping to kick everyone elses, but no!! They only had Injustice:Gods among Us!! WHY?!?! Im sorry to anyone who likes it, but I cant get into it, I think Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 is the superior game. So Trace and I played a bit of Injustice and..... we still didnt like it, we both found the controls to be awkward and button mash-ish, so we left a bit disappointed. Oh, Ernie Hudson(GhostBusters) and Kevin Sorbo(Hercules:The Legendary Journeys) said Hi to Trace. We did catch a glimps of Lou Ferrigno(The Incredible Hulk), Chandler Riggs and Norman Reedus(Walking Dead), Billy Dee Williams(Star Wars), Jason David Frank(Power Rangers), and the big man Stan Lee. I was sent on a mission from my mom to get Lous autograph, but guess what its $40 just for an autograph, and even saying hello to guy isnt even possible without paying money, I know hes a famous but I call bull crap that you have to pay money just to say hi to one guy, so thats one autograph I wont be getting. Well that was Comic Con for me, and it was OKish, Im not really a big con guy, I could take MTAC, I could take Akai Con, but Comic Con... its hit or miss. It was good, but its mostly getting there, the crowds, and the pricing on stuff, but the good things are still there, like the cosplayers seeing all that retro stuff, I even played the X-MEN arcade with my older brother and that was amazing and me wish that we did actually have an arcade around here. So yeah good Comic Con, maybe Ill go next year, maybe I wont, but if we do go next year, I WANT TO PARK CLOSER!! My legs are possibly dead from all that walking!! -Kunimutt
