Well another Simpson Desert Bike Challenge behind me and I would like to say thanks to my Family, friends and supporters for helping me through. A special thanks to Kaye, as always my rock, Kyria and Wayne at Muru Bikes and the boys at Avanti Plus in Launceston. Some truly inspiring memories, Alan on a single speed riding the sand hills whilst I was ringing my neck in granny gear. 75 year old Lou, Melanie 100%ing and the help given to her by Chris, riding in line abreast down the main street of Birdsville and of course, Ron winning all stages and beating everyone by what seemed like a week.
