Well, as a part of the soccer loving world and a football Nation, we are grudgingly waking up to the reality of our exit from the world cup competition in brazil, and the Nation is sharply divided on it. Some are already to crucify stephen Keshi on the cross, while others want him, his coaching crew and the team to be ushered unto the red carpet and be celebrated. As Nigerians, after the defeat, we had instantly forgotten about our country and the Team that will carry our Green White Green to the next world in just Forty Eight months from now, the only Team that will ever win us the world cup, if it will ever be won. We will keep our aggressive passion for this game that we love but do not know how to win at the world meet. We will pay only lip services to our football, allow the football house to be the most corrupt institution in the country and to run neck to neck in corruption with zurich. As citizens dying for some entertaining soccer to watch, we will push all that we may have into feeding those clubs in Europe, buy their jersies, stickers, mufflers and other materials. We will leave our local clubsides to wither in poverty and die. If we will ever win the world cup, it will be when weve developed and perfected our local soccer pattern and style within the country in our local clubs. Let us come together to build the Nigerian unique soccer stye with which we will beat the world in the next four years. Hurray! Nigeria. Congratulations our Super-soaring Eagles.
