Well day 5 was AMAZING!! Woke up this morning after only 4 hours sleep extremely nervous for the drive to NY but super keen to take it on and get there...drove through 7 states/districts today (DC, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York)! Baltimore and Philly looked like such beautiful cities, stopped in Philly and saw some really cool historical items about slavery and got a pic with the Liberty Bell - so crazy to imagine that really happened!! Finally arrived in the amazing NYC and checked in to our apartment which is a nice cosy typical NYC studio with a view of Times Square from our front porch and opened surprise no2 from Kirst - tickets to the Yankees on Sunday in seats with the best atmosphere but not for the faint hearted - CANNOT wait (best sister ever!!!!). TGI Fridays for dinner and a few Bud Lights which was delish and just cruised around shopping and checking out Times Square....early night (midnight) so we can be up fresh n early for exploring tomoz and hopefully a bike ride through Central Park #jloandmethtakeonthestates #NYCstyle
