Well, doesnt this just highlight some of the issues I have with the people in charge here. . Went to bring the animals some treats and maybe play with a couple of cats and walk a dog or two and this is what I find. You would think that on a long county holiday you would want pets available for families to come adopt. No mention of them being closed today on their Facebook page. Just this note on the door. And yes now that I look at the internet sight it says county offices are closed until MONDAY. Not that anyone looks at that awful page. A lady stopped by while I was there that wanted to adopt a kitten she saw on the web, and she didnt know they were closed. And she said that she works for the county. SMH Thank you to the kennel tech who saw me and accepted my treats for the animals.
