Well done to one of our amazing health club members, Mia Austin. Mia was diagnosed with Locked in syndrome five years ago which has left her unable to move any limbs or use speech and has kept her in a wheelchair ever since. Today, after five years she was able to stand up in our fitness studio without any support thanks to the determination of Mark, one of our personal trainers who has kindly been working hard with her, her family and of course Mia herself. Mia has amazing willpower and determination and is an absolute inspiration to us all. Well done Mia, keep up the amazing work
